Behind MPOWER

Eric Stanley, founder and CEO of M2N | Minority Moves Network is an Indiana native and business leader. His lived experience as one of the only Black men in predominantly White spaces exposed him to the need to create a trusted network for diverse candidates and bridge the hiring gap in corporate America. With first-hand experience facing the systemic barriers that limit access to many diverse candidates, he knows there is a great demand for a better approach.

Eric is joined full-time by Kristi Amendola. They have a shared vision for a more equitable workforce and have dedicated their time and resources to developing a solution. The team is supported by a set of advisers experienced in technology, startups, finance, sales & marketing, and communications.
